The handheld shower is an essential part of personal hygiene for Finns. It is believed that this has been influenced by Oras's illustrative advertisement from the 1970s featuring a man showering with a Bidetta handheld shower. The ad continues to circulate on social media.
The Regal support rail with a connecting cable has been developed to address the placement of Oras's remote-controlled Bidetta handheld shower holder. This brings convenience in many ways; no battery changes are needed, the cable does not need to be threaded on-site or attached to the rail with cable ties. The cable inside the rail is protected, making it both stylish and safe.
The remote-controlled Bidetta handheld shower holder can be installed on the bracket of the Regal support rail once the connection cable for the support rail has been installed inside. Users do not need to reach for the handheld shower from the wall holder in the LE toilet, hospital, or nursing home, nor do they need to reach the washbasin.
When the support rail is ordered with a built-in cable, after installation of the support rail, only the bracket for the support rail and the Bidetta handheld shower holder need to be added. In installations, the connection cable (10 m) from the support rail to the faucet control unit can be run either flush-mounted in the wall (piping to be considered in the design phase) or surface-mounted.

Regal support rails with pre-installed cables are available in lengths of 615, 800, and 900 mm. All models are easily height-adjustable. Support rails are sold individually, but we recommend placing support rails on both sides of the toilet. A standard Regal support rail, which is equivalent except for the wiring, can be ordered for the other side. It can be fitted with a toilet paper holder (1721). The height-adjustable Regal support rail is attached with 6 screws (6208-Z), attachment accessories available separately.

Bracket for Oras Handheld Shower with Cable to Regal Support Rail
In addition, a bracket for the Oras handheld shower with cable to the Regal support rail is required. When ordering, it must be specified whether the handheld shower will be installed on the right- or left-hand side of the support rail. The side is determined as in a car, from the perspective of the driver or the person sitting on the toilet.
