Gaius Original bathroom solution promotes independent living and mobility in care homes, service centres, home care units, and medical centres. Designed to maximise accessibility and patient mobility. This functional unit includes a basin with a support rail, a toilet seat and surrounding support rails, and a shower seat and complementary rails. The placement and distances of the unit improve mobility for patients and promote occupational ergonomics.

    Modern by design, the Sense basin is made of ecological composite to ensure durability. The seamless surface is hygienic and easy to clean. Fixed rails provide support and can be fitted with accent colour strips that facilitate spatial perception. The front edge is angled to ensure splashes stay inside the basin. The basin conforms to the European PRM standard as the space below measures D 300 mm  x H 670 mm to allow wheelchair access.

    A modern, ergonomic folding shower seat, which allows for a stable yet comfortable sitting position. The tilted surface channels excess water away.     Gaius cabinets are customizable to different individual needs. The wall-mounted cabinets ease cleaning in humid bathroom conditions. The white moisture resistant frame, made of 16 mm melamine, ensures longevity in active use. The doors are made of high-pressure laminate with additional grey accent strips along the edges to promote spatial recognition. The doors are soft-closed and opening-limited (90°). The orientation of the doors is changeable.

    The cabinet can be customized to include a lock hole, suitable for an Abloy- or cabinet lock. Such modification requires identification of preferred door orientation with the order.
